The goal of ZEN Embodiment is total body vitality. It strives to involve all structures, at all levels, in all functions. And so it is presented as a variety of exercise programs:
  1. The ZEN Yogas
  2. The ZEN Somas

The ZEN Yogas

Emphasizes the balance of yin and yang in our way of Dynamic Stillness
DYNAMIC YOGA – yang, Hatha, action, change, vinyasa – movement
STILLNESS YOGA – yang, restorative, inaction, stability, asana – holding
It’s the secret synergy where 1+1>2

The ZEN Somas

Based on the monastic somatic systems of movement medicine.
Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that disease is caused by disuse and disconnection. And health comes from utilization and connection.
QI GONG – exercises to energize the various body regions
NEI GONG – exercises to invigorate the body’s organs
Come experience these easy, gentle, and natural movements that stimulate and relax soma, your internal body.

The ZEN Massas

Massage is the European derivative of the Eastern massage arts.
Experience it in its yin form as MASSAGE THERAPY combined with acupressure, and relaxation.
Experience it in its yang form as BODYWORK combined with positional therapy,  breathwork, and manipulation.

Mind Training

The untrained mind is chaotic-scattered, random, ruminating constricted -small, limited, rigid, combative, threatened, vulnerable, afraid.
And yet with mind training, empowerment, peace of mind and power of mind to actualization our unique potential

ZEN Mind Training occurs along 3 levels of mind, gross, subtle, and causal to unlock our most precious power… Choice

From critical mind to neutral mind,

Empowerment 2: Mastery of Mind
A conditioned mind is a suffering mind
Reconditioned mind is the maximum mind

Spiritual Exploration

The pinnacle of ZEN Spirituality is Enlightenment, finding that mysterious deep place within that transcends body and mind and yet is the source of the body and mind.
